Yet another Luxury hotel design by s333 has jumped on our radars. This time its a boutique, 40+ room development designed to be "fashionable and Luxurious" offering guests and visitors a unique experience with awe-inspiring themes, colour palettes and other distinctive features.
The size and proportions of the site call for a more vertical typology offering a lush landscaped garden which doubles as an outdoor art gallery to be as well as a Roof top garden that offers an escape from the busy streets below with sea views and room for live performances, private parties and more corporate events.
Art installations and pieces all find a home within the main spaces of the hotel, adding texture and drama to the space with Nigerian textile design serving as an inspiration for the glass and steel facade.

We would love if you could furnish us with the updated facts, as well as any information with regards to project, thus far we've seen this project on the s333 site as shown. We came across one other source during research that does have a different elevation treatment, but the architects were cited still as s333, so we chose to go with the design as seen on the architects site. We would greatly appreciate whatever update made avaliable, many thanks and God bless.
