Rising off a prime waterfront site along Ozumba Mbadiwe, is a contender for "best office address in Lagos". Dubbed simply as "wings", this development features two independent office towers overlooking five cowrie creek that are set to offer premium level office space for multinationals and large indigenous corporations in Nigeria. At 62m each, the towers are designed to cover about 56 000 sq m, with 25 500 sq m of lettable office space up for grabs.
As you must have guessed, the oil and gas sector is involved (few big things happen without these guys), with Oando being the sole tenant of one of the towers while the second tower with be marketed for multi-tenant use.
The Architects at Stauch Vorster sought to make "wings" the most exclusive address within one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in the country. Parking won't be a problem as the towers sit on a multi-storey podium designed exclusively for that purpose, while contemporary interiors and high-end aesthetisc, guarantee a different experience for tenants, placing them and their respective brands in a position of prestige.
