I'm not the biggest fan of outdoor bathing beyond, showers at the pool, but this project has made me reconsider.
Designed by the duo of James Wong and David Cubero, this luxurious garden bathroom, called the Burgbad Sanctuary exudes a shangrila-esque vibe with lush green vegetation, actual fish, and a rich wooden bathhouse. Full Length Windows further enhance the feeling on 'nakedness' outside.
Described as "the ultimate indulgence in relaxation and rest as Mother Nature intended", the bathroom is intimate, intrinsic, full of texture and elegant. Its contemporary fixtures blend well with the intended aesthetic and do not stick out like sore thumbs in this more traditional picturesque setting. Board walks, stone paths and the water features that surround the bath all make for quite an experience in such exquisite scenery.

Enjoy.
